If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase.

• Item must be unused, in as-new condition, and in its original packaging

• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Special/custom orders

  • Installed or used items

  • Items showing wear, stains, scratches, odors, or damage

  • Cowhide leather, due to natural material variations

1.2 Inspection & Refund

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the product purchase price.

• Taxes will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws

• Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable

Tinker Nail Studio™ reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in as-new condition due to damage, misuse, improper cleaning, or modification by the client.
